Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Letchworth on a temporary to Permanent basis
HOURS: Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am and 6pm
Duties of a Warehouse Operative
1. Moving, stacking, and palletising stock efficiently and safely
2. Assisting with stock control and organisation within the warehouse/yard
3. Operating a forklift truck to load and unload goods in and around the yard
4. Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Personal Specification of a Forklift Operator:
6. Previous experience operating a forklift truck is essential
7. Good level of written English
8. Ability to undertake physically demanding work
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
10. Strong awareness of health and safety practices
11. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
