The Candidate
* A Residential Property Partner, or a Senior Associate ready to step into partnership
* Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload of conveyancing matters
* Technically strong with a proven background in residential real estate
* Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and sustain client relationships
* Approachable, collaborative, and aligned with a values-led firm culture.
* Motivated by growth, quality, and long-term career progression
