We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, global portfolio of brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to a leader in mobility solutions.
Join us as a graduate and benefit from our recognition as TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer. We offer you the freedom to explore your potential and develop your career. Are you ready to make your move?
Initially, you'll participate in a virtual classroom orientation, followed by hands-on training at a branch office, where you'll learn valuable business skills from experienced mentors. Many of our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This approach ensures everyone learns our business from the ground up and understands their role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture provides a comprehensive training experience across management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you advance, more opportunities will become available. You can choose to continue progressing within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, or explore other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.
We are committed to fostering diversity and encouraging employees to reach their full potential. Our recognitions include being listed in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for seventeen years, Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for LGBT inclusion, a Disability Confident Leader, part of the Social Mobility Employer Index, and a Race Equality Responsible Business Champion by BITC.
Enterprise remains family-owned, with CEO Chrissy Taylor representing the third generation of the Taylor family. This stability allows us to focus on long-term success for our business, employees, and customers, even during challenging times.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll make impactful business decisions and develop new and existing customer relationships. We will teach you effective communication, influence, and interaction skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management, enabling you to build lasting relationships with key business partners. As you grow into a managerial role, you'll learn to mentor, train, develop, and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
