Role Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring Pre-School Room Leader to guide children through their final stage of early years learning. Youll plan engaging activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and school readiness while supporting your team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the Pre-School team to deliver an engaging, balanced curriculum.
2. Plan and deliver daily activities promoting school readiness, phonics, early maths, and problem-solving.
3. Conduct observations and assessments to monitor progress against EYFS goals.
4. Work closely with parents and local schools to support smooth transitions.
5. Foster independence, curiosity, and confidence in all children.
6. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies are upheld.
