We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Tutor in the Northampton area to deliver L2, L3, and L5 Childcare apprenticeship qualifications. You will be joining a well-established and specialist apprenticeship provider in the Early Years sector. This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplaces.
This vacancy is open to experienced, qualified assessors and newly qualified assessors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications and preparing learners for end-point assessments, using coaching and assessment methods that comply with the National Standards and Awarding Body requirements.
You will also need to provide high levels of support to learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. Achieving organizational targets for qualification achievement rates is a key responsibility of this role.
In addition to teaching and assessing, the Early Years Tutor will handle administrative tasks, manage appointments, and stay up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have excellent time-management and organizational skills, a positive outlook, and self-motivation.

The successful candidate will have...
* CAVA, A1 award or equivalent - Essential
* Degree in Early Years and/or Nursery Management experience - Essential
* Min Level 3 Teaching Qualification AET, PTTLS or equivalent - Desirable
* Childcare assessing experience - Desirable
* A desire to continually improve
* A great attitude and ability to work in a team
* Resilience
* Excellent communication skills
* An ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
* Great presentation skills
* The ability to energize others
* Credibility and experience interfacing with senior leadership
