Support the program on embedding a risk aware culture. Responsible for conducting a detailed FMEA for the process, highlight and discuss all failure modes related to financial, agent errors, malpractices with the process as well as location leadership. Responsible to work with various stakeholders to build an action plan to mitigate the identified failure modes. Responsible for ensuring that audits are performed across sites for the identified vulnerabilities and highlight the non-compliance to the respective stakeholders. Work with all stakeholders to reduce / improve the non-compliance. Provide regular reports to Senior leadership and relevant functions detailing any current issues or information as required. Establish and quantify the program’s 'risk appetite' and ensure risk approach adheres accordingly. Proactively identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, working with the key functions to deliver improvements. Build & maintain documentation for all procedures, as required to continually improve levels of service & efficiency and meet quality standards. Performs Ad Hoc tasks as deemed necessary that are related to identifying / mitigating risks. Desired Skillset Knowledgeable in the following: Excel (Reporting), Compliance, Security, Data Protection Has knowledge in Process creation. Well-organized Able to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
