We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join our Leeds office, in our Employment team.
The role
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Employment Law Solicitor to join our Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service Line (NSL) in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team working across diverse sectors including commercial, health (private and NHS), education, and government.
You will work with employment Partners in the Leeds team: Stuart Craig and Rebecca Pallot - as well as other members of our employment team.
What you'll be doing:
* Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
* Managing Employment Tribunal cases
* Delivering training and contributing to business development
* Collaborating across offices within the NSL
The person
* Qualified solicitor with a strong interest in employment law
* Excellent communication, drafting and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and attention to detail
Bonus skills:
* Experience supporting corporate transactions
* Familiarity with advising large employers
* Advocacy experience

Pre employment screening
