Basic Pay Rate: £27,053
Working Days: Monday to Friday plus 1 weekend in 3
Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday 10:00 – 17, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00
Role Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service advisor to join a leading storage business based in Southampton.
This is a full-time permanent position
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with customer enquiries and sales
Selling to customers a range of additional services available
Operating a forklift (Licence depending)
Completing all administrative tasks
Providing customers with a high level of serviceCandidate Requirements
Previous experience in customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working both indoor and outdoor
Forklift licence (not essential)
