What you'll do as our Presales Solutions Architect:
1. Partner with Sales & Account teams to understand customer needs, attend meetings and reviews, and bring the tech know-how that helps close deals.
2. Design tailored LAN & WAN solutions that fit perfectly with our product set.
3. Support customers throughout the process, offering clear, confident guidance - avoiding unnecessary jargon or complexity.
4. Produce professional documentation like SOWs, HLDs, and schematics that stand up to scrutiny.
