This isnt just design-youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept and costing through to client interaction and delivery. What Youll Be Doing Designing practical, cost-effective engineering solutions for industrial applications Preparing cost estimates aligned with your designs Supporting contract negotiations and helping secure major projects Working closely with customers to understand and meet technical requirements Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers Coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, operations) to deliver projects Providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle Contributing to business development and growth initiatives Creating technical documentation and procedures What Were Looking For Degree in Engineering (or working towards one) Strong communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude Willingness to learn, travel, and occasionally go the extra mile What Makes You a Great Fit Youre ambitious, commercially aware, and ready to challenge yourself.
