Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire | Full-Time | Office-Based
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

The Role
This is a hands-on position within a busy conveyancing department, you will manage your own commercial property caseload independently from instruction through to completion, working to high quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
* Handling transactions across all stages from initial instruction to post-completion
* Working to Lexcel and CQS quality standards
* Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties professionally and efficiently
* Contributing to the smooth running of a fast-paced department
What You'll Need
* Solid, demonstrable experience in commercial property conveyancing
* Confidence managing your own caseload
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process end-to-end
* Based locally to Newark or able to commute comfortably
* A professional, client-facing manner and the ability to work at pace
