Our client is an established Main Contractor with a Head office in Staffordshire and three regional offices across the country. They currently have a turnover of £50 million, with aspirations to grow to £80 million in the next two years, hence the need for a Commercial Leader.
The company operates within key sectors such as Industrial (Logistics & Distribution) and Commercial. Most projects involve Refurbishment & Re-model work, though they also deliver New Build schemes. Projects range up to £10 million in value.
You will report to and work closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director. Over time, your role will develop into other regions.

About You:
* Experience within the Industrial sector desirable.
* Experience managing schemes up to £10 million in value.
* Experience of managing commercial and contractual aspects for a contractor with a turnover of £80 million+.
* Previous experience as a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Director.
* Reside within a commutable distance of Staffordshire.
* Experience working with a notable Main Contractor.
