 
        Role: Support Workers Location: Lowton, Warrington Role Description: We are seeking support workers with experience in assisting individuals with various forms of dementia. At Lime House, we offer residential care in a warm, homely atmosphere, accommodating elderly residents, including eleven dedicated spaces for those with dementia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our beneficiaries, working alongside a supportive and established team while receiving assistance from our business functions. Additionally, our sensory garden provides a peaceful retreat for residents to unwind and connect with nature. Experience and Skills of a support worker: * You must be enthusiastic about providing outstanding care to our clients. * Be willing to undertake training to achieve your level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care which is fully funded by Nugent. * It would be desirable if you had health care experience, preferably supporting individuals with Dementia but it's not essential. * A good understanding of providing Person Centred Care * The above position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
