The Role
We're seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Assistants. You'll be representing trusted brands, speaking directly with members of the public, and providing clear information about products and services.
The role offers flexible hours and days, making it ideal for individuals looking for work that can fit around other commitments while still offering progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Represent client brands in a professional and approachable way
* Engage with customers in residential and community-based areas
* Share accurate information and answer customer questions
* Record customer interactions and campaign outcomes
* Work as part of a supportive, positive team
Requirements
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, confident, and proactive approach
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
* Full-time and part-time availability considered
* No prior experience required – full training provided
