Job Title: SLP Project Support Officer Location: Remote, with in person events across South West London (less than 1 per week) Hourly rate £15.75 PAYE / £20.74 Umbrella per hour Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension) Working Pattern: Part time - 18 hours per week (flexible days, except for event days) ASAP Start About Us The South London Partnership (SLP) is a dynamic sub-regional collaboration between six boroughs: Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, and Wandsworth. We work together to deliver impactful programmes that support residents into skills and employment, strengthen local partnerships, and embed community voice into service planning. This role sits within the Richmond/Wandsworth Better Services Partnership and supports the delivery of our Integration Hub programme. The Role We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to help drive forward our integration work across South London. You'll support programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications, and event coordination to ensure residents, practitioners, and employers can easily access skills and employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Support mapping and analysis of local skills and employment offers. Engage with service users to understand barriers to accessing opportunities. Help develop place-based pathways into employment support. Assist in building networks across boroughs, employers, and anchor institutions. Coordinate events, meetings, webinars, and training sessions. Manage communications across email, print, and social media. Maintain and update website content and practitioner resources. Track programme outcomes and support reporting to funders and leadership. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Experience organising events and facilitating meetings. Excellent communication, writing, and design skills. Confident using social media and digital platforms. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Understanding of the skills and employment landscape and related policy. Minimum Level 2 English and Maths, and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.Desirable: Experience producing reports, agendas, and newsletters.
