Sales Ops Analyst – Overview
This role serves as the critical link between the development and execution of sales strategy. The Sales Ops Analyst supports commercial teams by managing the sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity, and driving process efficiencies.
Responsibilities
* Act as key partner to commercial teams, supporting deal desk and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Legal and Finance.
* Own system health across the sales tech stack, triage user issues via Jira, perform audits and maintain configuration for security, permissions and data integrity.
* Translate business needs into effective tooling & process solutions: gather requirements, build configurations and support process automations.
* Enable user adoption through training and communications and identify productivity improvements.
* Conduct rigorous testing to ensure robust, scalable outcomes and translate technology‑driven vision into tangible business outcomes.
* Co‑owner commissions operations: manage commissions data accuracy, support payment cycles, work with Finance and administer the Qobra platform.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar analytical role.
* Hands‑on experience with CRM and sales tools, including building and maintaining configurations, custom objects and workflow automations.
* Comfortable working with large, complex data sets in Google Sheets or Excel.
* Experience managing or supporting commissions processes, including data validation, payment support and working with commissions platforms.
* Strong communication skills and a partnership mindset.
Nice to Haves
* Salesforce Admin Certification.
* Direct Deal Desk experience.
* Familiarity with CPQ, Revenue Cloud or commission management tools such as Qobra.
* Understanding of how CRM and sales tools integrate across a broader tech stack.
* Experience in a Fintech or SaaS environment.
Compensation
Base salary range: £27,976 – £39,600. Pay is focused on the minimum to mid‑point (£27,976 – £33,000) until performance is evaluated.
