The hours of work are: Part-time 5 hrs per week, Term Time Only, Permanent Contract 12noon – 1pm, Monday – Friday (1hr per day) We are looking for a candidate who: Enjoys working with children Is energetic, flexible and able to work within our team Is sensible and able to use their own initiative Can assist with the management of lunchtimes within our school. We would like to appoint a kind and responsible candidate to look after our children at lunchtimes for 5 hours per week, term time only. The successful candidate will provide general support over the lunchtime period assisting with serving food, supporting children while they are eating their lunch, clearing up lunches and monitoring safe and appropriate play outside on the playground. This is a very rewarding and fun role, and a wonderful opportunity to work on a part-time basis. Previous experience of working with children and a first aid qualification would be an advantage though not essential. Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
