We are seeking a resilient and committed
Secondary SEN Teacher
to join a supportive team working with pupils who present social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.

The Role:
Teach and engage vulnerable classes, including one particularly challenging group
Deliver creative and engaging lessons to inspire learners
Implement strong behaviour management strategies to support positive learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured environment
Requirements:
Experience teaching in Secondary or SEN settings (Primary SEN teachers also considered)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Resilience, reliability, and adaptability are essential
Open to ECTs and unqualified teachers with relevant experience
SEMH experience highly desirable
