Next Generation have been appointed to recruit for a Production Manager to work for a well-established manufacturing business who supply into multiple industries. Based in Tewkesbury the Production Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all day-to-day manufacturing operations across the production facility, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, to the required quality standards, and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Duties of the Production Manager:
Lead all day-to-day production activities across manufacturing departments to ensure delivery of operational targets relating to safety, quality, output, cost, and delivery.
