The HR Advisor is a credible and proactive member of the HR Team supporting the HR Business Partner with managing the day-to-day HR operations through the delivery of an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service, aligned with best practices, company objectives, and legal requirements.
The HR Advisor will play a crucial role in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Participate in HR projects, providing feedback for improvements
* Attend HR meetings, conferences, development activities, and other meetings, including travel to other sites as required
* Support operational business partners to achieve business objectives
* Raise HR tickets for administrative requests, adhering to SLAs
* Provide professional advice to support change initiatives
* Maintain financial awareness in decisions, practicing cost-consciousness
* Support employee experience and staff engagement initiatives
* Support KPI delivery and ensure site metrics are within targets, including absence rate, retention, turnover, and agency staffing percentages
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant, or similar role
* Ability to advise and collaborate with senior staff
* Hands-on experience with HR systems
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
* Driven, determined, practical, and logical problem-solver
* Appropriate CIPD qualification or working towards it
* Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry HR
