We have partnered with a well respected secondary school in the Farnham area. They have an excellent reputation for supporting staff and instilling a positive working environment. £140 - £261.78 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Art lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students across all abilities, in collaboration with the current teaching team.
Plan and implement engaging and creative lessons that foster artistic skills and inspire students.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
Cultivate a positive and supportive classroom environment, promoting enthusiasm for the arts.
Work closely with colleagues to contribute to a collaborative and enriching school community. The ideal candidate will:
Be a reflective and engaging educator with the drive to make a real difference in people's lives
Follow school behaviour management policies effectively, ensuring learning is at the heart of all interactions and knowledge of safeguarding is up to date
Be punctual and organised
Build rapport with students and staff easily, cultivating a community with strong core values
Holding a QTS (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
