What You'll Be Doing
* High-volume outbound calling to UK businesses
* Identifying decision-makers and opening conversations
* Qualifying opportunities (supplier, renewal dates, usage)
* Requesting and validating energy data (bills)
* Logging activity accurately in CRM (HubSpot)
* Passing qualified opportunities to the Pricing Team
* Working towards clear daily, weekly and monthly targets
The Role
We’re hiring Outbound Sales Executives to join our commercial team for our May 2026 intake.
This is a high-activity, phone-based role focused on generating and qualifying opportunities within the UK energy market.
You will be:
* Speaking to businesses who are not expecting your call
* Building conversations from scratch
* Handling rejection and maintaining consistency
* Identifying genuine commercial opportunities
This is not a passive role you will be on the phone daily and expected to perform from day one.
This role is suited to individuals who:
