Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor looking for the next great opportunity? We will be very interested in hearing from you, as we are currently looking for a Senior Parts Advisor Assistant Parts Manager (depending on experience) to join our successful Toyota Dealership Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
* Ordering of parts
* Stock management
* Liaising with Customers, Technicians, Management and other colleagues
* Upselling of services and products
* Becoming a product expect
* Assisting and supervising other team members
* Driving sales to meet targets
* Ensuring excellent customer service to both retail and trade customers
* Assisting the Parts Manager with daily operations
DESIRED SKILLS
* The Ideal candidate will have experience in a Parts Advisor role within a Dealership/Retail environment
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with both customers and colleagues
* Computer Literate
* Experienced in using Parts Catalogues and Drive, Kerridge, CDK (or similar)
* Systematic, highly organised with a keen eye for detail
* Demonstrate a 'can do' positive attitude to challenges with the capability of bringing forward potential solutions
* Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm with an unpaid lunch break of one hour and every other Saturday 8.00am to 12.30pm.
In return we offer a salary of £30,000 per annum +bonus, 23 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays (rising to 27 days with length of service), an additional day of for your birthday, contributory pension scheme, staff discount on products and services, cycle to work scheme, employee and customer referral schemes, employee car purchase scheme, Healthcare Cash Plan, life assurance and enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay (last 4 subject to a qualifying period).
