Helpdesk Administrator - Facilities Provider - North Lanarkshire - Salary £27,000
CBW has an exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in North Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management with an administration/helpdesk role. Your duties will include all aspects of helpdesk, day-to-day administration tasks, working closely with the Helpdesk Manager chasing documentation/invoices, and answering calls and emails. Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Receive and return phone calls to support the facilities function, ensuring all activities are managed professionally.
2. Check and maintain the FM Helpdesk Inbox.
3. Schedule reactive and helpdesk call-outs.
4. Review jobs received during the day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
5. Process purchase orders and invoices, issue and close planned and reactive maintenance visits, and input data.
6. Support Office & Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
7. Attend to queries as they arise.
8. Provide general administration support.
9. Raise corrective maintenance tasks following completed PPM tasks.
10. Organize day-to-day work to ensure key tasks are fulfilled.
11. Support departmental administrative housekeeping and provide information related to internal procedures to add value to the contract.
Requirements
1. Previous Facilities & Maintenance Helpdesk experience is ideal.
2. Excellent and professional telephone manner.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Effective time management.
5. Ability to think ahead, plan, and prioritize workload.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Computer literacy.
8. Ability to work as part of a team.
9. Work safely in accordance with current health and safety policies and procedures.
10. A positive attitude and determination to succeed.
Salary & Benefits
