Whatever the department, no 2 days are ever the same and the opportunities are as diverse as the members we serve.Benenden Health has exciting opportunities within in its Sales Team to recruit for a Broker Sales Manager.This position will source, develop and win new business by effectively managing relationships with intermediary partners, including Employee Benefits Consultants, Flexible Benefit Platforms, and Brokers on a national level.The successful candidate will :-Be an experienced Account and consultative Sales Manager with a proven track record of building and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.Develop and manage relationships with Employee Benefits Consultants and Brokers to promote the Benenden Health corporate proposition and maximise new corporate client dual selling opportunities.Drive growth in the channel by providing broker and their clients with exceptional support throughout the sales journey and ensure that the experience is positive.Be able to seamlessly manage the relationship between the broker and onboarding of the clients, building rapport and trust with all stakeholdersBe able to present and sell our health & wellbeing propositions to brokers and their clients, face to face and using virtual tools.Initiate, develop and manage a sales strategy to maximise every opportunity and drive revenue from the broker channel.Identify emerging market trends, competition, and any shifts in the market.Deliver product training, sales tools, and market insights to brokers to ensure they can confidently promote Benenden Health.With an annual salary of 57,500 + car allowance & Bonus, this role is Home based. However, requirement to attend the York office on occasion will be required as well as the 2 week induction period.
