We are seeking a Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support to our busy children’s social care teams, supporting children, young people, and their families. Key duties include inputting and retrieving information into the Liquid Logic database, organizing meetings, note-taking/minute-taking, preparing and sending letters, and other office tasks to assist our social work professionals. Flexibility, workload management, and prioritization skills are essential due to the teams’ busy nature.
We are looking for a candidate who:
1. Has excellent communication and strong IT/keyboard skills
2. Can confidently use these skills in conference/meeting situations
3. Understands the importance of confidentiality
4. Has office experience
5. Is customer-focused and committed to working in partnership with service users
