Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We need experience providing application support services. We need experience configuring housing management systems. We need a strong understanding of business processes in the housing sector. We need experience with SQL Server and reporting, including SSRS, restores, debugging performance, and large data set imports and exports. We need experience collaborating with suppliers. We need experience supporting systems migrations. We need experience leading software upgrades. We would ideally like experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate. We would ideally like knowledge of finance processes and systems. Responsibilities: We design, configure, and implement solutions in line with business requirements and SLAs. We take ownership of application issues through investigation and effective resolution. We identify root causes and mitigating actions. We identify areas for improvement. We provide advice, consultancy, and support on IT projects as required. We act as the point of escalation for the IT Support Desk. We provide ongoing customer contact across the lifecycle of requests and projects. We document configuration, processes, and test plans to continually improve performance and service. We highlight risks and suggest mitigating actions. We create and maintain documentation relating to application setup, configuration, and processes. We ensure knowledge sharing across the team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.
