We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales & Logistics Manager to join a well-established, internationally operating manufacturing business based in Dronfield. This is a key replacement hire, offering stability, progression, and real autonomy.

The Role – Sales & Logistics Manager
As Sales & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer demand, coordinating logistics activity, and ensuring production planning aligns with sales forecasts.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer orders and accounts end-to-end
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand with supply chain capability
Coordinating international transport, warehousing, and inventory
Managing raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods
Ensuring compliance with REACH regulations, commodity codes, and international shipping requirements
Using ERP systems (Infor M3 experience is essential)
Preparing annual budgets and reporting performance
Presenting at monthly management meetings and bi-annual board meetings
Attending and presenting at sales and logistics meetings across Europe
You’ll also support across wider business functions when required, including general administrative tasks — this is a collaborative, hands-on environment where flexibility matters.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a Sales & Logistics Manager who is commercially switched on, operationally strong, and confident working in an international setting.
You must have:
Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of international shipping and compliance
Experience using ERP systems (Infor M3 highly desirable)
Confidence presenting to senior management
A full, valid passport and willingness to travel within Europe
