About the Role
A respected and expanding national law firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor (8+ years PQE) to head up a new regional office. This role combines high-level fee earning with leadership and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters independently
* Deliver exceptional standards of client care, advice, and advocacy
* Recruit, lead, and develop a local team within an established legal brand
* Drive local business development and networking initiatives to grow the practice
About You
* Minimum 8 years’ PQE in private family law
* Significant experience in both children and financial remedy matters
* Able to handle complex cases with confidence and minimal supervision
* Commercially focused with a strong track record of billing and business development
* Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of a new office
