Role Summary
To perform all the administration duties relating to the contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate administration and completion of all required administration tasks
* Collation, preparation and distribution of management reports as required.
* Organise and prioritise maintenance issues and maintain the site maintenance schedule.
* Undertake meeting administration duties including notes & action reports
* Ensure Road compliance information and records are up to date and compliant with legislation, and internal guidelines.
* Promptly answer all telephone calls received within company guidelines
* Act as an effective communications link and reliable source of information for others.
* Provide support to the day operations team through support in times of sickness/holiday
* Ensure office supplies are ordered and distributed accordingly
* Reports are delivered accurately and in line with deadlines and meet with departmental requirements
Ideal Requirements
* Route planning experience (ideally with Truck Stops)
* FLT Licence
