About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / Data Engineer to join our Data Team (part of the wider Development Team). You'll be working alongside our existing Data Analyst to deliver new insights, improve reporting, and maintain the pipelines that keep data flowing across the business.
This role combines data analysis (business intelligence, reporting, stakeholder support) with data engineering (pipelines, transformations, documentation). Depending on your strengths, you may lean more into one area than the other — either way, you'll have the chance to grow your skills while making a real impact.
You'll support every area of the business — Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service — giving you a unique vantage point to see how data powers decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, maintain, and improve reports, workspaces, and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Google Sheets
* Develop and maintain data pipelines feeding into Google BigQuery and Power BI
* Support stakeholders across the business with ad-hoc data queries and analysis

* Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions
* Take ownership of regular reporting processes while continuously looking for improvements

* Professional experience with Microsoft Power BI, including:
* Power Query (M code data cleaning and transformations)
* DAX measures
* Data modelling best practices
* Confident in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders

About You
* Curious and proactive — you like to solve problems, not just surface numbers
* Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
* Able to switch between technical detail and clear, stakeholder-friendly communication
* Excited by the opportunity to work across multiple areas of a fast-paced ecommerce business
