Position: Go Inspire is an award-winning, omni-channel direct marketing agency and printer serving over 100 clients spanning Retail, Telco, Charity, Utilities and Healthcare. Working within our Client Engagement function, you will lead a portfolio of clients helping to translate business challenges and insight into marketing activities across both physical and digital channels. Leveraging your commercial and planning skills you will act in an advisory capacity helping to convert your client objectives into actionable activities that can positively influence and drive their marketing / commercial performance. Reporting to the Head of Sector for Telco and Utilities, you will be a key team player, championing the needs of your clients and constantly bringing a growth mindset to find new innovative ways of driving success. You will act as a thought leader and catalyst to ensure that we maximise efficiencies, technologies, techniques and applications across our business that modern clients demand to help them achieve their omni-channel objectives. You will have a keen interest in industry trends – both within the industries your clients serve and also across the marketing / CRM professions. You will leverage this interest to ensure we are always thinking one step ahead in terms of how we best serve our clients’ needs. Requirements: Responsibilities Develop and nurture your key client relationships Devise and deliver omni-channel campaign strategies Translate data insight into actionable campaign and business activities Working with the wider business to plan, monitor and measure campaign effectiveness Create and manage client briefs, orchestrating internal and external resources across the Strategy, Data, Creative and Analytics teams Where relevant, ensure a seamless execution of campaigns, including – where relevant, working with the print and CCM operational teams Update accounts with reporting and business intelligence aligned to campaign success Monitoring, measurement and influencing client satisfaction to ensure high delivery standards are maintained Ensure client SLA’s are in place and consistently met Management of commercial arrangements both ad-hoc and contractual Seek efficiencies and improvements Manage documentation across schedules of work Support in the creation of project and commercial documentation Line management, coaching and mentoring of Account Managers / Execs aligned to your accounts In addition to the above, we may require you to carry out any other duties within your reasonable competence.
