We are looking for an easy-going, dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic cafe team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen team.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently to ensure a steady supply of clean items.
* Support the team in stocking supplies and inventory management.
* Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Assist with any additional tasks as required by management to support overall operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
* A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
