Overview An exciting opportunity for an experienced Utilities Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a major aviation infrastructure programme in West London. You’ll manage utilities diversions, groundworks, and substation relocation works within a live airport environment. The role suits someone confident delivering civils projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities * Plan and deliver utilities and enabling works packages (water, drainage, gas, comms). * Oversee heavy civils and groundworks teams on an operational aviation site. * Manage subcontractors, drawings, and service diversions. * Liaise with designers, statutory undertakers, and client representatives. * Ensure CDM, health & safety, and quality compliance. * Report on progress, budgets, and programme delivery. Requirements * Experience as a Utilities Project Manager on major civils or infrastructure projects. * Background in groundworks, utilities diversions, drainage, or enabling works. * Aviation or airside project experience preferred. * SMSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence. * Excellent stakeholder and coordination skills.
