Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our 16 Supported Accommodation Staying Close Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) as a Business Support Administrator. This is a fixed term for an initial 12 month. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the office in Ollerton every Monday as a minimum. The Staying Close MDT consists of mental health specialists, wellbeing practitioners and resilience workers. The team provides support and interventions to prevent children and young people aged 16-25 living in the Councils supported accommodation from feeling overwhelmed with the day to day challenges of managing their wellbeing, childhood trauma or self-medicating with substances. About the Role As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the MDT workers providing services to Children and Young People aged 16-25 accommodated throughout Nottinghamshire. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information in accordance with GDPR. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Supported Accommodation Multi-Disciplinary team Monitoring emails, triaging work to appropriate colleagues Responding to general referral emails Updating and maintaining the referral spreadsheet Providing a minute-taking role to team meetings and other meetings as required.
