About Oneiro Solutions
Oneiro Solutions and its Digital Loan Exchange (DLX) platform brings to market an entirely digital syndicated loan administration platform. Built on the latest technology standards, our platform removes the need for faxes and emails and provides a seamless collaborative and transparent experience for borrowers, lenders and agents alike throughout the lifecycle of a corporate loan.
If working for an innovative fintech that aspires to be the global standard for the corporate and syndicated lending market (a multi‑trillion dollar market) motivates you, then we want to talk to you.
The Role
As the Engineering Manager for our Core Team, you will be a pivotal leader sitting at the heart of our engineering organization. This is a high‑impact, strategic role for a leader who is excited by complex technical challenges and wants to own the engine that powers our global expansion.
You will lead the team, ensuring that the DLX platform remains scalable, performant, and reliable as we evolve our core technology. You will drive processes to enable the team to achieve goals, solve challenges effectively, and deliver predictably while fostering a culture of psychological safety and high ambition.

* Regulated Environments: Experience operating within frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR, ensuring "security by design" is part of the team's DNA.
* Data‑Driven Management: Familiarity with DORA metrics or Lean/Agile flow metrics to drive measurable team improvements.
