About the Role:


You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our team. · To be the key clinical contact at all levels with, key stakeholders Consultants, Respiratory Nurses, Physiologists and other Secondary care staff.
· Develop our services to meet the requirements of the NHS, identify new opportunities and service growth potential
· To educate and give advice to prescribers and related authorities about Baywater Healthcare’s equipment and consumables range and make recommendations on when certain equipment is more clinically appropriate to order.
· Maintaining a robust, reliable, patient centred Home Care Service for Home Oxygen Therapy. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.


What You Will Be Doing:


Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
· Support of the Clinical Manager and Marketing Team in the development of educational and service development materials to benefit patients and stakeholders within the Home Oxygen Service
· Attend Service Review Meetings and clinical networking meetings Internationally offering educational sessions as required
· Maintain a close working partnership with Regional Team Managers and other colleagues to ensure the highest standards of patient service and efficiency are delivered regionally


About You:

· Respiratory Experience of at least two years
· Registration with a clinical professional body (NMC or equivalent)
· Demonstrable track record of achievement in your field
· Training and educational skills
