Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 per annum with Monday to Friday working hours!
We are recruiting a Regional Executive Head Chef for an exclusive contract based in Edinburgh with periodic travel!
Join a newly structured team overseeing a flagship operation in Edinburgh that includes Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, and Fine Dining across multiple sites. The retail arm features a modern restaurant, premium sandwich concept, and beverage bar. The hospitality arm includes a 70-bedroom hotel, a 300-capacity conference centre, and various hospitality locations with breakout areas. The team is energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about their work!

Job Description
The core of our business is our people, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Executive Head Chef with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our prestigious corporate setting.
As Regional Executive Head Chef, your focus will be to work closely with your teams to foster strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service. You should have excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills, a passion for food and service, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a multi-site or regional role responsible for all food-related matters.
* Hands-on leadership skills, with the ability to develop and invest in your team.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food, with innovative and creative menu development driven by excellence.
* Financial acumen, including understanding GP calculations, and good IT literacy.
* Outgoing, vibrant personality with a passion for food and customer service.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working in both corporate and creative food environments.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
* Innovative, creative, and driven by excellence.
* Up-to-date with current food trends.
Additional Information
* Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum
* Working days: Monday to Friday
