* Qualify leads by phone, email or chat box to understand requirements
* Support the maintenance of demo stock – including adding updates, return chair locations, etc.
* Update leads maintenance via RGK CRM system
* Follow up with lead enquiries to promote upselling and support mobility advisors via phone/email
* Assist with product handover planning if required
* Photograph events, products for online shop and lifestyle campaigns
* Add tasks to mobility advisors’ calendars if required
* Represent the company at events, tradeshows, and visits
