The Opportunity
We are recruiting TIEs to support a planned shutdown at Peterhead Power Station. The work will commence from late May and run until late August. As a TIE, you will be responsible for carrying out insulation duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with training, skills and the specification as instructed and directed by supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Stripping and refitting
* Measure and fabrication
* Working against insulation standards and specifications to comply with the assessment and plan of work
* Following method statements and risk assessments
* Actively engage in a positive safety culture, promoting safe working practices and intervening when appropriate.
Requirements of role:
* Time served thermal insulation engineer
* TICA card – in date
* 7 day working week. 10hr shifts. 12 day working fortnight.
