🚀 We're Hiring: Operations Manager
This isn't a role for someone who just delegates. We need someone who can lead a team and still roll up their sleeves — building ads, getting into the weeds, and doing whatever it takes to move the needle.
We're already generating revenue and working with Fortune 500 companies. Now we need the right person to help us scale fast.
What You'll Do
• Manage day-to-day team operations and keep performance on track
• Create ads yourself — you know your way around a campaign and aren't too senior to build one
• Work directly with the founders to grow a key segment of the business
• Hit KPIs and hold the team accountable to doing the same
• Adapt quickly — priorities shift and you move with them
What We're Looking For
• Experience in a marketing agency is required — this is non-negotiable
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead by example
• Someone who can go from strategy to execution without missing a beat
• A fast adapter who thrives in a high-pace, high-stakes environment
• Available on EST hours (fully remote)
