Role Overview:
We seek an experienced professional in research programmes to manage the setup and operations of the Doctoral College during maternity leave. You will be part of the leadership team, overseeing operations, ensuring quality and compliance of research programmes, and supporting postgraduate researchers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage governance and operations of the Doctoral College, including reporting, data management, and finance.
2. Oversee PGR programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.
3. Act as the primary contact for PGR-related issues at the university.
4. Build and maintain relationships with researchers, supervisors, and stakeholders to enhance research culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Experience in PGR administration and staff management.
3. Knowledge of HE sector regulations, audit, compliance, and Data Protection.
