Job Title: Secondary Tutor Location: England, Greater London, Richmond Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour Skills: SEN experience Job Description Job Duties: Provide academic support and guidance to secondary school students Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs Assist students in improving their understanding of various subjects Monitor and track students' progress and provide feedback Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure academic success Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Proficient in using various teaching resources and technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in delivering online tutoring sessions Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work in a secondary school environment Potential travel to different school locations within Richmond All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
