We are seeking to appoint a person who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good communicator, to encourage, support, guide and give practical help to the process of learning. The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and will have experience of working with children in KS1/KS2. The Learning Support Assistant will work with groups and individuals, preparing and delivering targeted structured interventions under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Learning Support; as well as supporting pupils in the classroom, where appropriate.
