Previous construction experience is essential for this role. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by performing a variety of tasks related to financial analysis, loan processing, and education administration. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid foundation in accounting principles to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. A driving licence is required. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
Duties
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting software.
* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
* Support loan processing activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication regarding financial matters.
* Help manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
* Provide administrative support for education administration tasks as needed.
* Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
