Job Details Independent Living Coordinator Hours: 21 hours per week Salary: £14,302 per annum (£25,200 FTE) Location: Horsham - Covering Crawley area Closing Date: 30 th June 2025, midday Make a real difference every day by joining our friendly Independent Living team! We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and proactive Independent Living Coordinator to support older people to live independently at home. This role will be based in Horsham and will focus on supporting customers in the Crawley area. You will carry out home visits to assess needs, complete reviews and quality checks, and match customers with the right home help, gardener or volunteer, ensuring they receive high-quality, tailored support. Key responsibilities: Home visits for assessments and reviews Matching customers with suitable support services Responding to enquiries and making referrals Monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction Liaising with agencies and handling admin tasks What we’re looking for: A warm, empathetic communicator Organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently Experience in a care or support role is helpful, training will be provided Willing to travel locally for home visits What you’ll get: A supportive, inclusive team Ongoing training and development Flexible working opportunities The chance to make a real impact in the community If you feel you have the passion for the role but may not have all the skills we’d love to talk to you, so please do get in contact.
