* Ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
* Clear CRB/DBS Disclosure
* Ability to work safely and effectively in a team or as a lone worker
* Good listening skills – with the ability to absorb and follow all information
* Ability to learn and develop new skills on the job in order to complete tasks effectively
* IT knowledge – to use iPad technology and Opuz systems effectively
* To attend site in a timely way in-line with client and team requirements
* To be aware of personal appearance and maintain good standards of cleanliness
* Keep van tidy and clean and drive with respect and courtesy for other road users
* To develop and maintain skill levels as required by SMS
* To assist in carrying out all plumbing tasks as scheduled in conjunction with SMS Method Statements
* To ensure all tasks are carried out with due regard for health and safety guidelines
* To know when to request help and guidance with work-related issues
* Complete tasks accurately using Opuz and providing all relevant associated information
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience of working in plumbing within commercial and domestic environments
* Driving licence
* Health & Safety knowledge – including working at height
