Robert Half is pleased to be partnering exclusively with a SaaS business in Oxford to recruit a Product Manager. This is a permanent opportunity, paying up to £75,000 plus bonus and hybrid working (2 days in office - Wednesday and Thursday). This is a newly created role to support an organisation who is rapidly growing and technology driven.
This is a varied role covering product strategy, managing the product lifecycle and its execution, working cross functionally with engineering, design, marketing and customer facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
* Own and manage the core product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, release, adoption, and iteration.
* Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality, user-centric features on time
* Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
* Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data (user research, analytics, feedback) to inform decisions.
* Team management - business analyst
Skills and Experience:
* Proven Product Management experience in SaaS or B2B organisations
* Strong track record of launching and scaling successful software products
* Knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM and product development processes
* Strong stakeholder management experience

* Up to £75,000
* 25 days holiday per annum
* Hybrid working - 2 days a week in office (Wednesday and Thursday)
