Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed take-offs and costings for windows, doors, and curtain walling.
* Review architect drawings, specifications, and façade consultant reports.
* Identify value engineering opportunities and assist in contract negotiations.
Requirements
* Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction management.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and building standards.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas).
* Minimum of 18 months relevant industry experience.
