National Account Manager – Toys
📍 Location: Hybrid / Surrey
Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a passion for the toy industry?
Do you have a proven track record managing major UK retailers such as The Entertainer and discount channels like Costco?
ITP are seeking a National Account Manager to join an Established Toy company. This is a key role within the business, and will be managing some of the businesses Key Customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full commercial responsibility for 4-5 Key UK Customers
* Support product launches with your customer accounts, and proactively work to develop these accounts
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships
* Lead at annual business reviews, presentations, trade shows and networking events
* Forecast sales and stock requirements to support supply chain efficiency & stock management
* Work closely with marketing, product development, and licensing teams
* Represent at trade shows, previews, and industry events
About You
* Proven experience as a National / Senior National Account Manager role within toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods
* Demonstrate success managing and growing large national retail accounts, ideally including The Entertainer
* Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and the toy & licensing sectors
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Team player
